Upward Basketball Camp

Registration is open for Upward Basketball Camp! We are excited about another camp and hope that your child will join us! Below you will find some updates and changes to our camp that we think will make this camp our best yet!

NOTE: This camp will run in conjunction with Vacation Bible School at First Baptist Jackson, which takes place in the morning on June 3-6. Campers do not have to attend both, but they are encouraged to.

First Baptist Jackson’s Recreation Ministry is ready for league basketball! The Basketball League gives men and women of all ages an opportunity, twice a year (Fall & Spring), to participate in open league basketball. Grab your friends and/or co-workers and register as a team. Spots are limited.

The First Baptist Jackson League is made up of OPEN DIVISION teams. There will be games on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:00, 7:00, and 8:00 pm. When registering, each team can choose to play on Tuesday OR Thursday OR either night. There will be a MEN’S and a WOMEN’S League. No Co-Ed Teams.

The league abides by the current Basketball Official Series written and published by the National Federation of State High School Athletic Association with some additions and changes stated (Please see the downloadable Format of the League & General Rules at the bottom of the page).

Orange League (Up to 12 Teams)

Blue League (Up to 12 Teams)  
6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.

Women’s League (Up to 12 Teams)
6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.  
CLC at FBJ

Cost: $350.00 per team

Please have the following information handy for registration:

• Credit/Debit Card
• Team Organizer’s name, cell number, and email
• Team Name

PLEASE NOTE: If refunds are necessary at any point, it will reflect a transaction fee that will be withheld, and any services already rendered.
