The CLC hosts fitness classes for Aerobics, Pilates, Cardio, Spinning and more. See the list of classes below to find an activity that works with your schedule. Other exercise options include a Walking Track and a Rock Climbing Wall.

Spin provides a great cardio workout with minimum strain on your joints and lets you work at your own pace without a diminished workout. Extra bonus is a super-cool workout tool: the Peleton bike.
