COMMUNICATIONS REQUESTS
Getting ready for an event, activity, or an update for your ministry? Do you need to make an announcement, or have you run out of a printed item and need a reprint? This is your form.
The Communications Request should be submitted eight weeks before the needed date in the case of events or projects needing promotion. If the request is only for design and production, please submit the form at least four weeks in advance.
You may also submit new or updated information for your ministry website page on this, or errors that you find that need to be corrected. If you are submitting an event, there is no need to also submit a website update request.
FAQ
We want to give you the best four weeks to promote your event or project. When registration deadlines are before your event, we will consider that the Zero Point, and work your timeline from that date.
Yes! If you have your information ready to submit, you do not need to wait. Submit the request form and we will be in touch with you to talk about your project.
We understand that last-minute ministry opportunities sometimes come up, and we want to support you in these when possible. If you have an event or project that comes up in less than the eight-week timeline, complete the Communication Request form, and then email Annerin Long so we can work quickly to determine how we can help you.
