DAVID: A MAN AFTER GOD’S HEART
Men’s Bible Study
Led by Chip Stevens
Wednesdays, September 1 – November 17
Fellowship Hall West
Join this men-only study of the life of David, the man who went from being a shepherd boy to the greatest king in the history of Israel. We’ll look deep into his life and his walk with God to see how God shaped him into the man He wanted him to become. This study will give you practical help with growing closer to God, learning how to lead well in the workplace, and learning the importance of leading your family.
SIMPLE STORIES. EXTRAORDINARY LESSONS.
Connecting the Dots in Scripture
Women’s Bible Study
Led by Melodie Tunney
September 1 – November 17
Often we read Bible stories through a very general lens. We listen to the accounts of David and Goliath, Daniel and the Lion’s Den, Noah’s Ark, and others, and don’t always take the time and effort to understand the deeper pieces of the story. This weekly study will allow us to dig into the depth of the characters, the culture, the applications for us in these stories, and most of all, how we see Christ displayed. No matter the level of scriptural knowledge we come with, we will learn, grow, and encourage one another as we study these simple stories with extraordinary lessons.
