COLLEGE

At First Baptist Jackson we believe that our future lies with our students. We provide an opportunity for every college student to learn and our great leaders will encourage you and challenge you with solid truth from the Word of God. Small groups are student-led or adult-led groups of 6 to 10 individuals the same gender that meet weekly to study God’s word together, pray, and discuss challenges of life. Small group is a predictable, safe place where you are known, encouraged, and challenged in your walk with Christ.

College students and young adults in their twenties from all over Jackson meet every Wednesday for dynamic midweek worship and teaching in the First Jackson chapel. College students can also be a part of ongoing mission and ministry projects throughout the entire year by working with our inner city partners in afternoon tutoring or youth mentoring. First Jackson mission trips carry students literally all over the world!
