Dress-A-Child ministers to children whose parents or guardians are incarcerated by providing school clothes for them.

This year’s Dress-A-Child will be a little different. Instead of helping families shop in-person, clothes and other items will be purchased and packaged in advance for a specific child. On August 8, families will pick up their items at the Christian Life Center. A limited number of volunteer spots are currently open for the Saturday, August 8, event. More may open to help with packaging items before the event.

Volunteering at Dress-A-Child is a great opportunity for students (16 years and older) needing community service hours.

You can be a part in several ways:

    • First, PRAY that the love of Christ will be shown to these children whose parents are serving time in prison.
Second, VOLUNTEER by helping with packaging bags or on our distribution day at the church.
Third, will you consider giving? It takes $100-$150 to dress a child, and our goal is to dress 100 children.
