“Grizzlies Youth Basketball Camp,” The Memphis Grizzlies Coaching Staff Coming to Jackson to Conduct a Youth Basketball Camp.

Jackson, MS, May 30, 2017 – This week the Memphis Grizzlies coaching staff will be traveling to Jackson this week to conduct a youth basketball camp for about 30 campers at First Baptist Jackson.  It’s the first stop on a summer tour that includes several cities in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Tennessee for the Grizzlies camp and it’s also the first camp of the season for First Baptist Jackson this summer.  The camp includes the highest quality of instruction, a new basketball, a Grizzlies jersey, two tickets to a Grizzlies home game next season and much more.  The staff conducting the camp is comprised of current and former players, coaches and trainers with experience in the college, semi-pro and professional ranks.

“We have a summer filled with great things for kids of all ages and we felt like this would be a great start to our summer camp series that we’re calling ‘Big City Summer’,” says Bruce Warf, the Kids and Recreation Pastor at First Baptist Jackson.

The basketball camp starts on Tuesday morning, May 30, at 9:00 in the Christian Life Center on First Baptist Jackson’s campus and will continue through Friday.
